Brown's Canyon Overnight Trip
This is our most basic overnight and is perfect for the adventurer on a budget or someone with time restrictions. It is also the perfect weekend trip and will allow for enough travel time to get you here and back home without feeling rushed. This adventure begins at our Buena Vista office at 12:15pm. The afternoon will consist of ten miles of rafting with class III-IV whitewater. Once you reach our private camping spot, the guides will set-up camp and prepare the famous Buffalo Joe’s dinner, complete with roasted corn on the cob, fresh garden salad and USDA approved top sirloin steak. You will have several hours to relax, play games, enjoy some great trout fishing or do some hiking from our exclusive site. The next day, breakfast will be served between 8 and 9 a.m. After packing up camp the rest of the morning will be spent on the river with seven great class III and IV rapids. You can expect to return to the main office by about 1:00pm on the second day. You can then be on your way home or off to your next destination.

Wildhorse Brown's Canyon Two Day Trip
The Wild Horse Canyon/Brown's Canyon Two Day is perfect for someone looking for two full days of whitewater rafting and an evening of camping alongside the Arkansas River at our private camping site. This trip starts above the town of Buena Vista, Colorado, with the Wild Horse Canyon section, where you float by five 14,000+ foot peaks. By the end of the trip, you will have traveled over twenty-five miles down the Arkansas River. Included in these twenty-five miles are fifteen class III and IV rapids! Day one starts at our main office in Buena Vista, Colorado at 9:00 am. You will be on the water around 10:00 a.m. and have four class III and IV rapids before lunch. Your guide will prepare our famous gourmet steak lunch (with vegetarian and chicken entrees available upon request) on the banks of the Arkansas River. Relax and enjoy your meal while taking in the remarkable views of the +14,000 foot peaks of the collegiate Range. Then your trip will continue down river to our exclusive campsite. We should reach the campsite around 4:00 p.m. There will be plenty of free time until dinner is served, allowing for you to relax, play games, do some fishing or take a hike. After a gourmet dinner, there will be a delicious dessert and a campfire. The next morning, breakfast will be served between 8:00-9:00 a.m. After packing up camp, you will get back on the river through Brown’s Canyon to raft class III and IV rapids such as Canyon Doors, Zoom Flume, Big Drop and Widow Maker. During Day two, you will stop in Brown’s Canyon for lunch on the banks of the Arkansas River and enjoy the scenery of this epic canyon. This Two Day trip returns to the shop around 4:15 p.m. on the second day.

Number's Wildhorse Canyon and Brown's Canyon Two Day
The Numbers trip is for the whitewater enthusiast looking for some of the best whitewater Colorado has to offer! This section starts with continuous class IV-V whitewater that lasts for six thrilling miles. Your guide will prepare our famous gourmet steak lunch (with vegetarian and chicken entrees available upon request) on the banks of the Arkansas River. Relax and enjoy your meal while taking in the remarkable views of the +14,000 foot peaks of the Collegiate Range. After our famous steak lunch the continuous class III-IV “Miracle Mile” awaits you, as well as The Narrows, Little Seidel’s Suck Hole, House Rock, BV Falls and the Silver Bullet rapids before camping at Four Corners and Buffalo Joe’s private camp spot. Breakfast will be served between 8 and 9 a.m., and most of day two will be spent in Brown's Canyon, enjoying spectacular granite-walled canyon scenery and great class III rafting. Trips depart daily at 10:00 am. Due to the challenging aspect of this section of river, all participants are required to be over the age of 16 and in good physical condition. We recommend guests choosing this trip have experience on class III or higher whitewater. We also require wetsuit rentals at all water levels for this trip.
